ORDER
When this civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file an appropriate petition to determine the actual market value of the suit property, and therefore, he sought permission of this court to withdraw the revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate petition for the determination of the market value of the property in question before the trial court. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
