Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records in Memo No. BCDFGISSSV NO.777/2019 dated 15.11.2019 on the file of second respondent herein to set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue i.e. the body of Senthilkumar S/o Jaisankar, male, aged about 27 years the detenu detained Under Act 14 of 1982 in detention order Memo No.BCDFGISSSV NO.777/2019 dated 15.11.2019 herein now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in BCDFGISSSV No.777/2019 dated 15.11.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
detaining her husband as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.103 Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 07.01.2020 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
