This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioners/accused shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10054 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10054 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 on the 5th petitioner/A6 alone is totally relaxed and the conditions imposed on the other petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10054 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
