J U D G M E N T

[Judgment was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned counsel for the appellants on instruction made a submission that the respondent-workman will be treated as a temporary trainee till 31st March, 2024 from 1st April, 2024 onwards, the respondentworkman will be treated as regular Mazdoor and it is made clear that the workman has to complete the period of probation.

2. In view of the consensus between the parties, no further adjudication is required and consequently, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
