This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 6(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m for the period of four months and he shall also appear before the trial court on every Thursday at 10.30 a.m regularly without fail and if any deviation in complying condition, bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled automatically in Crl.O.P.No.19817 of 2024 in S.C.No.61 of 2024 on the file of III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Virudhachalam in Crime No.234 of 2023 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and final report has been filed before the Trial Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19817 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before Trial Court on all hearing dates.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
