This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 07.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25535 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday Morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening at 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week for two times i.e., on every Saturday Morning at 10.30 a.m. and Evening at 05.30 p.m., till the filing of final report and thereafter, before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till committal and thereafter, they shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court during Court hearing dates.
