This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner / appellant on 27.04.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.5141 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.294 of 2016, directing him to appear before the learned X Additional Judge, Special Court at Chennai, once in every six (6) months at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Hence, the condition imposed by this Court vide its order dated 27.04.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.5141 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.294 of 2016 is hereby relaxed completely.
