This petition is filed to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb based on the representation dated 11.09.2025.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the respondents 3 and

4. The petitioner seeks police protection on the ground that the 3 rd and 4 th respondents are causing threat to his life. The mere affidavit itself indicates that there is only money transaction. Further, the petitioner has already sent a communication to the respondents-police.

3. In such view of the matter, let the police enquire the complaint of the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondents - police are directed to proceed as per law.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
