This petition has been filed to relax the condition order dated 21.10.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.No.24141 of 2023 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
