This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24787 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week for a period of two weeks and thereafter, relaxed.
