ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22603 of 2025, dated 14.08.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22603 of 2025, dated 14.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.
