No.2286 of 2023, the present petition has been filed.

2. This Court finds that the proposed fourth respondent is the person before whom the complaint is lodged and it is also represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the proposed fourth respondent is investigating the case.

Therefore, this impleading petition is ordered.
