Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in the proceedings of the first and second respondents dated 21.10.2003 in refusal order No.10424 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant the Lodging House Licence to the petitioner without insisting upon the conditions mentioned in the impugned order which are totally arbitrary and irrational.

The petitioner has filed this application to call for the records comprised in the proceedings of the first and second respondents dated 21.10.2003 in refusal order No.10424 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant the Lodging House Licence to the petitioner without insisting upon the conditions mentioned in the impugned order.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the licence has been granted and it has also been periodically extended. Hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
