COMMON ORDER These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions 5(i)(iii)(v) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.15352, 15357, 15358, 15440, 15367, 15368, 15370 & 15628 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.Nos.1370,1372, 1373, 1399, 1377, 1378, 1379 & 1458 of 2025, respectively, dated 12.08.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that while granting suspension of sentence, this Court by an order dated 12.08.2025 in Crl.M.P.Nos.15352, 15357, 15358, 15440, 15367, 15368, 15370 & 15628 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.Nos.1370,1372, 1373, 1399, 1377, 1378, 1379 & 1458 of 2025, imposed one of the conditions that, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in each cases with two sureties and shall also st working day of every English Calendar appear before the trial Court on the 1 month at 10.30 am., until disposal of the revision petitions. Seeking modification of the said conditions, the petitioner has filed these petitions.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent raised an objection to the modification of the conditions. 5.

Considering the submission made, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified as follows:

(i) In all the above eight cases, the petitioner is directed to deposit a total sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakhs only) to the credit of C.C.Nos.5478, 5479, 5474, 5475, 5477, 5473, 5480 & 5476 of 2018, respectively. On such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the said amount. Furthermore, it is noted that on an earlier occasion, the petitioner had already deposited a sum of Rs.3,40,000/- before the trial Court, and the same is also permitted to be withdrawn by the defacto complainant. (ii) In all the above eight cases, the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in each case with two sureties, out of which one surety shall be a blood relative and the other a normal surety, with a correct address proof by submitting their ration card or other valid proof, for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

st working (iii) The petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the 1 day of every English calendar month at 10.30. a.,m until disposal of the revision petitions.
