Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Ka.No.EE/O & M/O/Uupo.Ins/Koo/Kattu/A.No.044/2003, dated 08.08.2003 on the file of the respondent passed the impugned order and quash the same, and direct the respondent to restore electricity to the petitioner's Poultry Farm at Athimugam in S.C.No.511-3B and pass such further orders.
