This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.35 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.V.Ramachandramurthy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that investigation has been completed and final report will be filed within a period of two weeks.

4. In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. The first respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of four (4) weeks from today. If ultimately, the concerned Judicial Magistrate takes cognizance and summons is issued to the petitioner, it will be left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
