ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 22.09.2023 in WP.No.27702 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the petitioner has been reinstated and to that effect, he has produced a letter before this Court in Na.Ka.No.3435/A3/2023 dated 12.03.2024.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Order of this Court is complied and no contempt is made out. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
