1.04 acres bearing SF No.473/2G2, Keeranatham Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District on the basis of petitioners' sale deed dated 06.04.1994 (Doc.No.3941/ 1994) by considering petitioners' representations dated 12.05.2022, 17.07.2023, 25.09.2023, 07.11.2023, 05.03.2025 and 07.06.2025 and in compliance with the final order dated 18.04.2022 made in WP.Nos.6404 and 6405 of 2015 passed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to grant patta in petitioners' names in respect of the subject property measuring 1.04 acres bearing SF No.473/2G2, Keeranatham Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District on the basis of petitioners' sale deed dated 06.04.1994 (Doc.No.3941/ 1994) by considering petitioners' representations dated 12.05.2022, 17.07.2023, 25.09.2023, 07.11.2023, 05.03.2025 and 07.06.2025 and in compliance with the final order dated 18.04.2022 made in WP.Nos.6404 and 6405 of 2015 passed by this Court.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioners' representations dated 12.05.2022, 17.07.2023, 25.09.2023, 07.11.2023, 05.03.2025 and 07.06.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the final order dated 18.04.2022 passed in WP.Nos.6404 and 6405 of 2015 by this Court, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order, 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
