This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time in order dated 13.06.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.16666 of 2025 for surrender and furnishing surety.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time is extended by one week to the petitioner to surrender and furnishing the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16666 of 2025, dated 13.06.2025 from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
