ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. The criminal revision case is of the year 2019 and hence, I do not find any reason to keep the revision case pending.
2. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution. The revision petitioner/accused shall surrender before the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Gobichettipalayam, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order, failing which, the Trial Court shall take steps to secure his presence for serving the remaining period of sentence.
