Crl.O.P.No.8270 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.SR.60726 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI.J., This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to prefer an appeal from the order of acquittal passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Gobichettypalayam in STC.No.426 of 2015 dated 12.10.2023.

2. The petitioner herein is the petitioner/complainant in STC.No.426 of 2015 and he has filed a private complaint against the respondent. The learned Judcial Magistrate-I, Gobichettipalayam dismissed the petition after hearing both sides. As against the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, the petitioner has filed the Criminal Original Petition before this Court, seeking leave to file an appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the grounds made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and this Court is inclined to grant leave.

4. Special Leave is granted.
