When the matter was called, Mrs.C.MeeraArumugham representing the first respondent stated that the present District Collector has passed an order in Na.Ka. 792/Oo.Va.1/2025 on 09.11.2025. A copy of the order has also been given to Mr.Bijesh Thomas, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Since the grievance of the petitioner having been addressed and the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, the writ petition is closed, recording the order of the District Collector dated 09.11.2025.
