Additionally, the petitioner's request that an inquiry against the 4th and 5th Respondents be conducted under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner, ensuring appropriate action is taken against them.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2024 and consequently direct respondents/Police to give police protection for the petitioner's trust against the private respondents/R4 & R5 and to conduct an inquiry against the respondents 4 and 5 under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner, ensuring appropriate action is taken against them.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents 4 and 5 and perused the materials available on record.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also considering that the present Writ Petition is filed seeking simple writ of mandamus, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2024, conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioners as well as the private respondents and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
