ORDER
With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Though the petitioner herein has sought for quashing of the impugned order, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if the representation given by him to the respondents on 08.11.2023, requesting for not to transfer him from the 2/5
present shop, is considered, within a stipulated time.
3. In consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondents herein, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2023, on their own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the claim of the petitioner and that it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the same on its own merits.
