This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners for appearing before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24880 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
