The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the investigation was completed and closed on 06.10.2023. When the RCS notice was attempted to serve to the complainant, he refused to receive it.

This Court unable to understand how the next day of registering the complaint, the respondent police are able to find that it is a mistake of fact to close the complaint without proper recording of statement of witnesses. Hence the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter properly and file final report within a period of two months. 4.

With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
