O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.07.2025, for the offences punishable under Section 310(4) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.400 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused made preparations to commit dacoity. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner, on the ground that the petitioner herein is having 24 previous cases.

5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also taking into fact that already this Court, by order dated 10.09.2025, dismissed the Crl.O.P.No.23930 of 2025 filed by the petitioner, and this is the second bail petition with no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
