Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.23745 of 2025 is allowed.

2. The petitioners/appellants are permitted to take substituted service on the 18th respondent in appeal namely Sudharsan by paper publication in any one of the Tamil Daily having wide circulation in Dharmapuri District. The paper publication shall be effected on or before 06.10.2025 for the hearing on 16.10.2025.

3. List the matter on 16.10.2025.
