Crl.M.P.No.19400 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.17062 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.J, This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the surety and deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17062 of 2023, dated 04.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time is extended till 05.01.2024 to execute the surety and deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as directed by this Court and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
