2.
This Court by an order dated 22.05.2024, granted interim injunction, thereby restraining the respondents from disengaging the petitioners from their post. The petitioners were appointed as Assistant Project Officers under the second respondent as a part of Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women Ltd. Thereafter, the petitioners were deputed to International Fund for Agricultural Development assisted post Tsunami Sustainable Livelihoods Programme under the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department. Though the petitioners have not disengaged so far, the petitioners were not paid salary by the respondents, even after interim order granted by this Court. Hence, the petitioners filed the present
contempt petition.

However, the petitioners refused to accept the said post. When the project itself came to an end, though the petitioners are not disengaged due to the interim order passed by this Court, they cannot be paid salary under the said scheme. 4.
Considering the above submissions, the Court finds no contempt is made out as against the respondents and this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
