This petition has been filed to grant for a further period of three months to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in its order dated 10.09.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.11170 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.685 of 2024.

2. Heard Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the petitioners.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court extends the time for another two months finally to complete the investigation in the above Criminal Original Petition from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
