ORDER

The petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to restore the W.P.No. 36793 of 2015 which was dismissed for default on 12.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, is inclined to restore W.P.No.36793 of 2015, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of ten days from today, failing which, the order of this Court dated 12.11.2024 made in W.P.No.36793 of 2015 shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. K.SURENDER J.
