This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioners namely, Thaiyal Nayaki A Shanthi and Wilson Franklin, who are the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent in the Review Petition, to be substituted as the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the place of the deceased second respondent namely, Irudhayaraj.

2. Considering the innocuous relief as prayed for, since the workman died, the petitioners are substituted as the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the Review Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
