ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No. 9521 of 2024 dated 22.07.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the land has been allotted to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that lesser land has been allotted to the petitioner.

3. This Court is of the view that cannot be gone into at this stage. It is for the petitioner to challenge, if really he is aggrieved by the allotment in the manner known to law.
