ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to correct the Natham patta standing in the name of the 5th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.06.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 and 6 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with by this Court.
3. According to the petitioner, there are errors in the patta issued in favour of the 5th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks correction of those errors Page No.2 of 6
through her representation given to the respondents on 26.06.2025. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any from the respondents 5 and 6 and any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.06.2025 seeking correction of the alleged errors in the Natham patta issued in favour of the 5th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, and after hearing the Page No.3 of 6
objections, if any, from the respondents 5 and 6 as well as any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
