These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 232 days in filing the criminal appeal petitions against the orders dated 03.06.2023 in CC.Nos.473, 495 & 474 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the aforesaid delay of 232 days is condoned and all the petitions are ordered.
