Order This Writ Petition (Crl.) has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025 and to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to measure the property in Survey No.313/2 and 314/B2, in Kamalapuram Colony, Athipallam Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that if the 1st respondent fixes a date for surveying the property after giving notice to the interested parties, adequate police protection would be given by the 2nd respondent police.

3. Recording his submission, this Writ Petition (Crl.) stands disposed of. No costs. Notice to private respondents is dispensed with, since no order prejudicial to their interest is passed.
