3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition stands allowed amending the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C and include under Section 307 in Crl.O.P.No.26651 of 2023.

4. Time for extending the sureties till 12.01.2024.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and fresh order copy to be issued to both the parties.
