2020 while conducting Second Round counselling for State Quota and further to ensure any reduction of cut-off percentile in future by 2nd Respondent ought to be applied for unfilled seats of State Quota in consideration of in-service doctors in Tamil Nadu separately, without reference to surrendering of seats by the State of Tamil Nadu, in consideration of representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 03.12.2023.
