ORDER

This writ petition is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2011 will be disposed of positively within a period of two weeks from today.

3. The said undertaking given by the respondents is recorded. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the disobedience of the order dated 22.09.2025, the petitioner will have to file a contempt petition. After recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents that the Page No.2/4

representation of the petitioner will be disposed of within a period of two weeks from today, this Court directs the registry not to post this matter any further before this Court and gives liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition in case the respondents disobey the order dated 22.09.2025 in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
