This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.14933/2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12847 of 2023 dated 20.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
