2.Mrs.Rita Chandrasekar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank made a submission that in this Writ Petition, the petitioner had challenged notice of enquiry and subsequently, the enquiry proceedings were completed and the punishment of dismissal from service was imposed on the writ petitioner in proceedings dated 19.09.2005.
3.In view of this fact, no further adjudication on merits and on the grounds raised in this writ petition deserve to be considered. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
