This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.17868 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10016 of 2023, by an order dated 17.11.2023, to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam daily at 10.30 am., till committal and thereafter, appear before the concerned Sessions Court, daily at 10.30 am., till the charges are framed and thereafter, during the court hearing dates.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates without fail.
