ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22497 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, passed by this Court that the petitioners shall stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Town Police Station at 10.30 a.m.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22497 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
