ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 14.02.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3968 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.560 of 2024 and to file a final report, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.560 of 2024 and filed final report on 16.10.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vriddhachalam and the same has been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.89 of 2025. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
