This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court twice in a month i.e., on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month and on all hearing dates without fail, in Crl.M.P.No.9611 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11839 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed, however, the petitioner is directed to appear on all the Court hearing dates before the Trial Court.
