This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21235 of 2023 dated 06.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
