ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the provisional rank list for PG Degree/ Diploma Courses in Tamil Nadu Government Medical Colleges, Government Seats in Self Financing Medical Colleges 2024-25 and consequently, to allot a PG Medical Seat as per merit of the petitioner.

2. Heard both sides. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, directs to the Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Kilpauk, Chennai, to open the online portal by today ie., on 22.11.2024, for uploading the Nativity Certificate of the petitioner and permit him for registration.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
