This application has been filed to pass an order permitting the applicant to amend the cause title so as to mention the applicant's residential address as A-435, Shantiniketan Altair, Gangaiamman Koil Street, Periapillrei, Thaiyur, Kelambakkam, Chennai 603 103, in A.No.4922 of 2024 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the plaint.

5. Post the suit on 06.12.2024.
