This petition has been filed to relax the condition "the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th working day of every month until further orders", imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12899 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14872 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month for two times and thereafter as and when required.
